We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Creative Content and Social Media Specialist, responsible for producing visual content for both paid and organic campaigns social media.

This role is responsible for translating marketing objectives into high-quality, visually appealing objectives by producing quality creative that supports brand positioning and drives user engagement.

You must execute creatives efficiently, maintaining the visual,consistency and continuous improvement of content based on performance insights.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production (Paid Media & Campaigns)

• Design high-quality visual assets for Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) aligned

with campaign goals

• Translate campaign messaging into clear, attractive, and conversion-oriented

creatives

• Develop multiple creative variations (layouts, headlines, formats, hooks) to support

A/B testing

• Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, engagement,

conversions)

• Ensure all creatives reflect a premium, aspirational, and consistent brand

identity


Social Media (Organic)

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns

• Create visually engaging posts and captions consistent with brand positioning

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram and Facebook

• Monitor engagement and interact with comments and messages when appropriate


• Identify high-performing organic content for potential paid promotion


Creative Optimization & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align creatives with campaign strategy

and objectives

• Contribute ideas for new creative concepts, formats, and content angles

• Continuously improve creative output based on performance data and testing

insights

• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all channels (paid and organic)


Main KPIs

• Engagement rate (organic and paid)

• Click-through rate (CTR) on creatives

• Creative contribution to lead generation performance

• Content consistency and execution quality

• Volume and speed of creative production
